１．サスペンドの原因
私のアカウントで、知的財産権を侵害する商品を販売してしまいました。
具体的には、下記商品について、
～様の販売承認がないにも関わらず、出品してしまいました。

私は昨年の11月よりAmazonでの出品を開始しました。
オーストラリアの販売は初めてのことでしたので、Amazonでの出品の仕方を学ぶ目的もあり、
自分の気に入った商品をテスト的に出品しました。
その際、出品方法を学ぶことに意識が集中しており、知的財産権侵害までは気を使っておりませんでした。

1 Cause of suspension
I happened to sell the product that violates intellectual property rights under my account.
Details show as follows:
I've listed an item without ~'s sale approval.

I started to list the product on Amazon November last year.
It was my first time selling in Australia with a purpose of learning to list items on Amazon, and I listed my favorite products as a test.
When I did it, I was just paying attention to learning how to list items only, and I was lack of paying attention to a possibly violating intellectual property rights.

Amazonのサイトで他のセラーが同じ商品を出品しておりましたので、
この商品は知的財産権の侵害には該当しないだろうと安易に考えておりました。


2.サスペンドの原因となった商品の事後処理

該当商品につきましては既に登録を削除しております。
そしてこのASINのメモをデスクに貼っており、
今後私がAmazonに出品する際には特に注意してチェックします。

また、私は出品時に一括出品ツールを使用しておりますが
今回警告を受けたこの商品については一括出品ツールへのブラックリスト化を行っております。

As I saw another seller who was listing the same product on Amazon, I assumed this wouldn't be applied for the violation of intellectual property rights.

2 Countermeasure for the product that caused the suspension.

Regarding the applicable product, I've already deleted the registration.
I also put this ASIN memo on my desk to remind me to be more cautious when listing items on Amazon in the future.

Also, I use an all in one tool when I list items, but I implemented a blacklisting feature for the products that got the warning from this incident.

今回の件を大事な教訓として今後の活動に活かしていきます。
私は2014年に新婚旅行でオーストラリアに行きました。その際、多くのオーストラリアの方々や文化や自然と接する機会があり、帰国したらいつの間にかオーストラリアを愛するようになっていました。

そんなたくさんの感動をくれたオーストラリアに恩返しができないかと考え、次第に日本のことをオーストラリアにもっと発信していきたいという思いに魅力を感じておりました。

I'd like to keep this experience in mind as an important lesson I learned and use it for my future activities.
I went to Australia in 2014 as a honeymoon. Where I was there, I experienced their culture, got to know the people and nature there. When I came back to Japan, I noticed that I fell in love with Australia.

Thinking about paying something back to Australia that gave me lots of excitement and impression, I gradually started to feel fascinated by the desire to send out Japan to Australia.

この結果、私が該当商品を出品することは二度とございません。




3.今後の改善策

今回の件は、知的財産権の侵害について私の経験不足、知識不足によるものです。
日本国内の色々なお店やネットショップの商品を見て回り、
自分が気に入った商品を私のAmazonショップで出品しておりました。
出品時特に知的財産権を有する商品のことは深く意識しておりませんでした。


今回のサスペンドの経験から、深く反省し、
今後、商品を出品する際には今まで以上に注意を払います。

まず、Amazonの出品規約の理解を深めます。

3 Future solution

This incident occurred due to my lack of knowledge and experience regarding the violation of the intellectual property rights.
I listed my favorite products on Amazon browsing various stores and shops on the internet in Japan.
I did not recognize much about the products that may have caused to violate the intellectual property rights when I listed.

I deeply thought and learned from this experience of this time suspension and I will pay even more attention than before to the products when I list in the future.

At first, I will strive to learn more about the agreement for listing on Amazon.

出品時、いつでもすぐに確認できる状態となっています。


また、サスペンドに対して、特に知的財産権の侵害について、
同業者やインターネット上からの情報収集を行っております。
知的財産権の侵害について、大分理解が深まってきましたし、
今後も毎月、勉強会を開き、引き続き情報収集を行い、出品規約の理解を深めて参ります。

出品に関して、私は一括出品ツールを使用しております。

I've already printed out the listing terms and have them on the desk.
I should be able to check them at the time of listing.

I'm also collecting some information from the fellow traders and the internet regarding suspension and especially the infringement of intellectual property rights.
I understand more about the infringement of intellectual property rights and I will hold a study group and collecting more information every month from now on to understand even more of the listing terms.

As for the listing, I'm using an all in one tool.

過去の事例ですが、ヨーロッパに送った商品が６か月以上かかって返送された事もあります。

日本からはブラジルの担当者に連絡する事は不可能ですので、お客様の方で連絡して頂くようお願い致します。

This happened in the past, but the item once was shipped to Europe came back after 6months later.
