today I received a postcard from royal mail saying that I have to pay 16.73 GBP to collect the model because the card says : " THE SENDER DID NOT PAY CUSTOMS CHARGE", well this never happen to me and I have already purchased some models from Japan. Also and very important in your listing you never talk about this charge, I paid 128USD + 14USD = 142 USD for the COMPLETE service as this is eBay policy. So asking you please if you can refund to my PayPal the 16.73 GBP = 25USD,

ロイヤル・メイル（英国の配達業者）から今日、購入したモデル（フィギュア等の可能性あり）を回収するにあたって￡16.73支払うよう請求する手紙を受け取りました。
手紙には、「送り主によって関税が支払われなかった為」とあり、何度か日本からモデルを購入した事がありましたが、こんな事は初めてです。
ここで重要なのは、そちらの出品情報にこの関税費の事は一切触れていないという事で、
私が既に支払った128USD + 14USD = 142 USDで「完済」であるという点です。
eBayの規定から、出品情報に予め全費用を記載すべきです。
ですのでペイパル（Paypal）を通して￡16.73=25USDの返済をお願いします。

because using Ebay the price that we pay is always the price for the item + plus the price for postage cost, when there is additional prices the Seller has to specify these prices and you did not do it, I am sorry but you made a mistake here and this is not my fault
I can send a scan picture of the mail card and the receipt that I paid.

とりあえず、取引中止の理由は現実的でない、という点はお互いに納得してますね？
そちらが期待していた金額で売れなかったからといって、一方的に中止する権利はそちらにはないはずです。法的に考えて私が落札し、今回最低落札価格非設定だった事も考慮すれば、商品は私が頂くべきですし、取引の「破棄」に関する判断と決定権も私にあります。
