Hello, I am interested in all of your gokaiger items. If you were to sell all of them together how much is your lowest in asking price? Please let me know cause I would like to make a deal with you.

As of per listing or per boxes item?

Ok I am interested however I would not be able to pay all at once and I do want all your gokaiger items. Is there a way I can possibly pay you in as I go? If you give me a estimate on how much you want for all of it I can find a way to pay it of. Ill even put a down payment to hold it till its paid off. Let me know if your interested. I would love to hear your opinion on this.

Notwithstanding any other Clause contained in this Subcontract Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of FAR 42.707 COST-SHARING RATES AND LIMITATION ON INDIRECT COST RATES and FAR 42.708 QUICK-CLOSEOUT PROCEDURE, in the event that a provisional or final indirect rate audit indicates that actual indirect rates exceed the rates used to estimate and recover indirect costs in this subcontract, the SUBCONTRACTOR agrees that such excess costs will become an additional part of the subcontractor's cost share and not be the basis for a cost overrun claim against RPSEA. This provision shall flow down to all subcontractors at any tier using cost or cost sharing contracts.

再委託契約書に含まれるいずれの約款にかかわらず、FAR 42.707 費用分担比率及び間接原価の制限とFAR 42.708 早期完了手続きの規定に従い、結果的に、暫定的もしくは最終的間接レートの監査は、実質的間接レート見積もりを越え、この委託業務の間接原価の回復する、ということを意味する。下請け業者はこのような超過費用が自社の費用負担の追加要素となること、RPSEAに対して見積もり超過費用の申し立ての基準とならないことに同意している。この規定は、費用を伴ういかなる段階、あるいは費用分担契約において、全ての下請け業者に導入するものとする。

I have received a request from Parcel Force to pay £25.95 Import VAT annd custom clearance fee before the parcel will be deliverd to me.
Why am I paying this?
You should either state this as part of the delivery cost or add to the unit price if you expect the purchaser to pay it

As i had no visibilty of this cost I expect you to refund me £25.95.
Please confirm today that you will do this

どうしてこのような費用が発生するのでしょうか。
もし購入者が支払うことが予想出来たのなら、配達費用の一部として言及するか、販売代金に含めるべきです。
この費用を想定していませんでしたので、25.95ポンドの返金を望みます。
