古池や蛙飛びこむ水の音

まず直訳だと、
Oh an old pond, a jumping frog makes a sound of splash.
これじゃ何がなんだか分かりませんね・・・。

上をちょっともじると、
Splash of a jumping frog - oh, an old pond.
（跳んだ蛙の水音だ - ああ、古池か）
蛙が立てた水音で古池を思い浮かべた、といった情景でしょうか。

次に、そのままの意味だけを訳すなら、
A sound of splash from a frong jumping into a pond.
（蛙が池に飛び込む水の音）

うぅん、、、文学は難しいですね。

日本にはラーメン二郎という、一部でとても人気のあるお店があります。
三田の総本山を筆頭に、のれん分けが約30店舗ほどあります。

ラーメン屋と銘打ってはいますが、あまりに特徴的なその味とスタイルに
「二郎はラーメンではなく二郎という食べ物だ」
という迷言も生まれました。

In Japan, there is a restaurant very common over some (group of) people called Ramen Jiro.
Starting with the head store in Mita, there are around 30 stores nation wide.

Even though it calls itself a 'Ramen Restaurant', their unique taste and style made people say that "Jiro is not a Ramen, but a food called Jiro."

最後の文ですが、まず「in」は「〜の中の」となるのに対し「of」は普通に「〜の」となります。例えば、「心の中の（一つの）乱れ」なのか、「心（全体）の乱れ」なのかで使い分けて下さい。
次に「is」は普通に「〜の」ですが、「leads to」は「〜を生む」と言う意味です。例えば、「国の乱れは宇宙の乱れを生む」のか「国の乱れは（そのまま）宇宙の乱れ」なのかで使い分けになります。

"response"はそのまま「対応」ですが、"reply"だと（メールへの）「返信」になります。
蛇足ですが、前に"prompt"や"fast"をつけると「迅速な対応」となり、良く使われる表現です。
"my"を使うか"the"を使うかはオプショナルで、相手がどのブッキングの事を言っているのかすぐに分かる状況なら"the"の方がニュアンス的には的確かもしれませんが、どちらも使えます。
「アレンジ」は省いてしまっても構いません。

2）視線を外される，外す行為が「会話」に与える影響は小さく，主に接近者の正面方向での全距離帯でわずかに会話をする距離として相手を遠く感じさせる効果がある。

2) An affect of looking away or being looked away during a conversation is small. It mainly has an effect of giving a slight distant feeling when talking straight at the face in close range.

1）視線を外される行為（被接近者の行為）は主に120cm以降の距離帯で全ての方向の「居心地」に対する心理負荷を軽減する効果がある。同様に，視線を外す行為（接近者の行為）は210cm以降の距離帯で心理負荷を軽減する効果があり，その影響は視線を外される行為よりも大きい。

1) By being looked away (performed by the person being approached), there is an effect of relieving a mental stress with regards to one's 'comfortability' in all directions within the 120 cm range. Similarly, by looking away (performed by the person approaching), there is an effect of relieving a mental stress within the 210 cm range, and it is more effective than being looked away.

3) Compared to the group with low tropism and high score in anxiety about 'bothered by eyes', the other group that have high tropism and low score in anxiety about 'bothered by eyes' happen to have lower rating of comfort under 0 degrees angle of site and around 120 cm to 180 cm of distance range. This points out that, the mental stress when looking at people's eyes in close range can vary depending on the personality trait.

本研究は，実験室実験により従来の心理的領域に関する実験に視線をずらすという条件を加え，視線をずらす行為が心理的領域に与える影響について，視線を外す側と外されている側という両者の観点から検証を行った。また，性格特性といった個人差により影響の大きさが異なるのではないかという仮説から，その個人差を決める要因として，向性及び対人恐怖心性という観点から検討を行った。実験の結果，主に以下の3点が明らかになった。

In this research, we have added an extra condition of eye aversing to the ordinary in-room experiment, observing effects of eye aversing to the mental realm from perspectives of both the person looking away and being looked away.

Also, based on a theory that the effect can vary among individuals depending on their personality trait, as an element that decides the variance among the individuals, we have made observations from tropism and Taijin Kyofusho's perspective.

As a result, there had been 3 findings below;

五月雨をあつめて早し最上川

山路を登りながら、こう考えた。

I thought this when I was walking on a mountain (path).

Being move by feeling make you run along with it. （情に動かされれば、自分も一緒に流される）

[After all/Either way], the (human) world is [a hard place to live/hard to live in].

これは意外に難しいですね・・・。ちょっと自信がないですが、ここらが限界。

"After all" と "Either way"ですが、前者は「（前のことを抜きにしても）最終的には」という意味、
後者は「（前のことのうち）いずれにせよ」という意味。
個人的には前者の方が諦め気味な雰囲気で好きですが。

"a hard place to live" と "hard to live in"は、前者を使うと「（人の世は）住みにくい場所」、
後者は「（人の世は）住むには難しい」という意味になります。
後者の方が直訳に近いですが、個人的には前者の方がニュアンス的に近いと思います。

（）にある単語はオプショナルで。なくても通じます。

桜の木の下には死体が埋まっている

There [are/is a] dead [body/bodies] (burried) underneath [the/a] cherry blossom [trees/tree].

特定の桜の木を指しているのか、桜の木全般を指しているのか、
死体は複数あるのか否かで違ってきますね。

桜の木全般を指していて、死体も複数存在すると思われるのであれば、
There are dead bodies (burried) under cherry blossom trees.
になります。

"burried"（埋っている）はオプショナルです。
無いと直訳で「桜の木の下には死体がある」になりますが、
意味合い的には"underneath"がその下に埋まっている情景を描くので無くてもOKだと思います。

閑さや岩にしみ入る蝉の声

直訳で、
What a silence - chirping of cicadas are absorbing into rocks.

これ以外の文学的な訳は思いつきませんでした。
役に立たなければ容赦なくポイント０で。

コロンブスが幸福であったのは、彼がアメリカを発見した時ではなく、 それを発見しつつあった時である。 幸福とは生活の絶え間なき永遠の探求にあるのであって、断じて発見にあるのではない。

Columbus was not happy when he had discovered Americas, but rather when he was just about to discover it.
Happiness [exists in/lies on] the contineous endeavour, certainly not [in/on] the discovery.

[exists in]を使うなら、「～の中に存在する」となり、その行為そのものにという意味合いになると思います。
それに対して、[lies on]を使うなら、「～の上に横たわる」となり、その行為が幸せを運ぶ未来へのレールだというようなニュアンスになるかと。

飛雄馬よ、栄光の星を目指すのだ

Hyuma, [go after/aim at] the star of glory.

「go after」だと「追いかける」、「aim at」だと「狙い撃つ」というニュアンスになるので、前者の方が良いかもしれません。

２度もぶった！　親父にもぶたれたことないのに！

[You/He/She] hit me twice! I hadn't even been hit by my father [before/in my life]!

「I hadn't even been hit by my father」だけで「親父にもぶたれたことないのに」になりますが、
「before」をつけると「今の今までは～」という強調がつくのでニュアンス的には近いかもしれません。
「in my life」をつけると「人生で～」というニュアンスがつくので、かなり大げさな雰囲気が出ます。
