改善計画

今回のクレームの原因は私達の連絡不足が原因で発生したと考えています。
保管期限経過まえにお客様にフォローメールを送ることで遅延との勘違いを
ふせぎ今回のようなクレームを未然に防ぐことができると考えました。

発送後の発送通知メールに加え、
１４日後に不在だったお客様に再配達依頼をいただけるようなフォローメール
を送信することが決定しました。

The improvement plan
We consider that the cause of this complaint happened due to lack of our communication.
We think that we can obviate this kind of complaint to avoid the customer to mistake as the delay by send the following e-mail to their before the passage of the storage limitation.
We decided that in addition to the notice e-mail to shipping note after sending, we send the follow e-mail to ask the customer for request redelivery in 14 days.

万が一商品が届いていない場合は、以下のケースが想定されます。
お客様の不在により郵便局に商品を持ち帰っているケースです。
商品の不在通知表が投函されていませんか？
不在通知表がある場合は、そちらに記載の電話番号より再配達依頼を
お願いいたします。
保管期限2週間がすぎると商品は日本に返送されてしまいますのでご注意ください。

その他で商品の発送についてのお問い合わせはこのメールアドレスにご返信ください。
責任をもって対応いたします。

今後はこのフォローメールを全てのお客様に送信します。

In case you haven't received the product yet, the below case is expected.
It is the case the post office brings back due to the customer's absence.

このリストは4-1で記載した主要施設がある10都市に絞って販売店をリストアップしています。
ですが、実際は全国４７都道府県すべての販売店情報を持っています。
東京のように１都市内に数社がひしめき合っている都市や、１都市内に数箇所の営業所を構えている会社もあるので、どの都市がより重要な都市かがわかると思います

This list is listing up the sales outlets with exclusively 10 cities which have main facilities written in 4-1.
But, actually we have the information targeting all prefectures of 47 in Japan.
There is the city like Tokyo where a few companies being crammed into one city, and companies which have a few branches in one city. So, you can understand which city is more important.

大至急5トン分の商品を作って送って下さい。
分量は 3/4gが200カートン、4/5gが300カートンでお願いします。
それと、前回送ってもらった2/3gのサンプルですが、結局確認する事ができなかったので、1カートンもう一度送ってください。
それと追加で5/6gのサンプルも1カートンお願いします。

I made a order for this product 4 pcs from the seller,○○, and got them. But two of them are bulk package, and there was no retail package and instruction. Please confirm as attached photos. I made a contact to the seller. But the seller replied "the product is same as the catalog, so we don't return the payment nor exchange." I live in Japan. 楽天へ問い合わせたところ
4/26送信の請求取消データが
カード会社に届くまで約2～3週間程度
かかるそうです。

請求取消のデータがカード会社に届いた後に
カード会社へ直接電話でお問い合わせ頂くと
キャンセルの確認が取れるとのこと。

現在日本ではと連休が続きます。
（4/29　5/1　3　4　5　7　8）
楽天担当者曰く
「連休中カード会社も休業する為
　通常より更に日数がかかる可能性有」とのこと。

推測するに早くて５月の下旬、
遅いと６月になるかもしれません。

As I asked to Rakuten, they said that it takes about 2 or 3 weeks to delivery the data of invoice cancellation which sent on April 26 to the card company.
After the data of invoice cancellation to the card company, you can inquire to the company directly by phone and confirm the cancellation.

※Supplement: The days by sending data of the invoice cancellation
There are currently holidays in Japan. (April 29, May 1, 3,4, 5, 7, and 8)
The handler of Rakuten says, " It may take more days than usual because the card company is closed during holidays."
As expected, it may be the end of May in earliest timing, or June in latest timing.

店舗で使用する楽天の管理システム画面では
「請求取消のデータ送信について」は確認が取れるのですが
「キャンセルが完了したかどうか」の確認が　あいにくできません。

また、キャンセルについて
店舗側からカード会社に問い合わせした場合も
「ご契約者様以外には情報を開示できない（※）」と
断られます。（※個人情報保護の為）


ですので、
請求取消データが届く時期を見計らって
お客様からカード会社へお電話して頂けますでしょうか。
