それは何故か？

・顧客が180ドルで商品を購入して日本に輸入した場合、関税と消費税を支払う必要があります。
その費用を考慮しても妥当な金額となります。

・類似品の人気商品がこの価格帯だからです。
これ以上価格を上げると顧客はライバルの商品を購入するでしょう。

I think we set the list price on selling in Japan as 28,000 JPY.

Why is that?
-In case that the customers purchase the item by 180 USD and import it to Japan, they need to pay customs and consumption tax.
It would be adequate price by considering the cost.

- The popular analogous articles are in this price range.
If we decrease the price any more, the customers will buy the items of competitors.

メニュー札にMeatと表記されていれば、本人は判断が付きますので、お肉が含まれているメニューがあっても問題ありません。ご配慮頂きありがとうございます。

If Meat would be shown on the menu tag, s/he can understand it. So, it would be no problem even if there are menu that has meat. Thank you very much for your consideration.

I think the current problem on selling AA in Japan is visibility.

I think AA is very good item.
However, any good item might not be sold if it is not known to the customers.

I had listened to the record I purchased from you.

・オーラノフィンを返品するので、全額の返金を要求
※これは、POに記載されているRamarks11に基づく当社の正当な権利である。
・もし要求を受け入れられない場合は、○○裁判所に訴訟を起こすとともに、スペインor EUの○○省にも相談する事を考えている。

4. B company doesn't reply the clear answer of the above 2 and 3, so it is very low possibility that purchase Auranofin that A company refined at this moment.
5. Therefore, C company requested the below.
- Return Auranofin and request for full refund.
*This is our legitimate right based on Remarks 11 written on PO.
-If you can not accept the request, we are thinking that we will go to law to the 〇〇 court and ask to Spain or Ministry 〇〇 of EU.

2. しかしながら、上記はB社が示した異物除去のプロセスで、必ず異物が除去される事を事前に証明し、且つその工程が日本のGMPに逸脱しない事を証明する事が条件となっている。

1. A company had the intention to purchase if Auranofin that exogenous material is mixed meets with GMP of Japan and the fixed quality.
2. However, the above is the process of removing exogenous material shown by V company, and it should be under the condition that prove in advance the material inevitably be removed and do that the process is not deviated to Japan's GMP.
