This camera does not power on and is not operational. The camera was purchased for my son who was out of town until 6/28 ( yesterday), which is when I gave it to him. He previously owned a VX1000, so he is familiar with sony vx cameras. We've confirmed that the battery is charged, so it isn't as simple as a dead battery. Please advise on how to remedy this.

i hope you are well. i just thought you might like to see what i did to the box you include with your kamisoris. it is a very protective travel case now. the box is very well made. i painted it with a couple of coats of chinawood (tung) oil. it is waterproof/stainproof now. the ''cradle'' the kamisori rests in is red cedar lined with deer hide suede. for such a beautiful work of art i wanted something very protective to store it in to preserve the edge and not damage it in any way. the kamisori shaves beautifully by the way. i will treasure it always. thank you for the great price.

perhaps the craftsman there would like to see and maybe make the boxes to hold the kamisoris this way. customers may like it too

It appears that we had to order in the glasses from several sources and almost everything has arrived. We have one more shipment that is due on Monday June 16th. I was just notified that we will be 1 pair short of the HD1201 on this particular order. I do have extra’s of the HD800 and HD801 if we can substitute another pair and complete this order?

Also, I received word that our old back orders were finally shipped from the supplier and due on Monday as well. So, just let me know if that is OK to substitute 1 set of glasses and I hope to be able to complete all of our existing orders this coming Monday?
