As the next step, I would like to propose this term sheet and start negotiation. Although it was planned to attach A to D, I would like to first conclude this term sheet before concluding A, for the negotiation for conclusion of D needs to be done fast (the negotiation limit is until the end of this year). If we conclude the term sheet (even the concluding A is after concluding D), I believe the possibility of us receiving disadvantage is low, but would it be fair to say so?
