I have sent multiple emails to seller receiving approval for return and agreement for refund. Seller is not responsive, for one week's time. I sent them confirmation the product was returned, but the seller disputes the item was returned. I did a further check with Japan EMS to find the problem. The Japan EMS says the address printed on the Amazon return label is not a valid address. This is the address provided by the seller.
