私は購入した商品が説明と異なったので、返品を希望したが、
セラーが受け入れないため、Resolution Centerからクレームを挙げた。

指示に従って、商品をセラーに発送しましたが、トラッキングナンバーを
確認してみると、すでに地元の郵便局から不在配達の伝票が入っているにも
関わらず、まだ受け取っていないようです。
おそらくセラーは受け取りを拒否しているのではないかと思います。
このままでは、商品が私に返送されてしまいます。
このような場合、どのように対処すればいいのでしょうか。

As the item I received was different from what was stated in the description, I asked the seller if I could return it to him/her, only to be rejected. Then I filed a claim to the Resolution Center.

In accordance with the indication from the center, I sent the item back to the seller. The tracking number showed the item had already been delivered and brought back to the office, leaving a delivery note there. And he/she seems not to have received it yet.
I assume he/she is trying to reject the package.
If so, the package should be sent back to me.
What should I do for the case like this? Please advise. Thank you.

商品の梱包は、きちんとしていました。なので、未開封と勘違いして、いい評価を誤ってつけてしまったのです。ところが開けてみると、オーディオも接続キットも使い古しの中古品です。写真を送りましょうか？おまけに、リモコンは入っていません。デモンストレーションＣＤも封が開いてました。あなたは、それをテープで４隅を留めた記憶があるはずです。接続キットも同じです。箱の中に無造作に入っていました。赤白のケーブルはありません。これだけ言えば十分でしょう。newとは、真っ赤な嘘です。

Yes, the box was packaged nicely. Therefore, I misunderstood as the items inside should be unpacked yet and gave you a favorable review.

But I opened the box only to find both the audio set and attachment kits were used and worn-out stuff.
Do you want me to send you a picture of them? Moreover, no remote control device was enclosed. The demonstration CD was unpacked once. You must remember fixing the package at each corner with adhisive tapes.

As with the attachment kits, the situation was similar: they seemed to be just tossed into the box. No red a cable nor a white one enclosed there.

In my personal view, Japanese traditional way of doing business is different in this field, which, therefore, makes it difficult for both Maeda and Yamamoto.

We could bargain with them, but they do not seem to do the same any longer at this final stage (of contract?).

Sorry to repeat the same question, but I need to reconfirm this: are all of the items kept unopend for sure? Does any of them have the seal on its package side detached?

My customers really hate items whose packages have been once opened by somebody else.

Among those of this item I bought from you, actually some had their packages once opened.

For this time, you insist that none of them has been opened yet.

If possible, would you e-mail me a proof picture to show the 25 pieces I am going to buy all have the seals on their packages left unopened for sure?

Here in Japan, once opened goods lose thier values.

Then, back up the naked artwork with a new liner. However, the new liner is so fresh that it often makes the artwork look cheap. In order to make the artwork look old as it is, you may dye the liner with coffee until it has slight brown color on it. This is the way my master used to do; coffee.
