サスペンドは、それを要請した者がアマゾンに解除依頼をしないと決して解除されません
（アマゾンからの文書を添付します）
本来なら監査が終了してからHMRCに依頼すべきですが
通常2，3週間以内に解除しなければアマゾンのシステムで永久にサスペンドとなってしまいます

Maybe I should ask HMRC after the audit, but normally it will be suspended permanently by Amazon system unless it is released within 2 or 3 weeks.
