サスペンドは、それを要請した者がアマゾンに解除依頼をしないと決して解除されません
（アマゾンからの文書を添付します）
本来なら監査が終了してからHMRCに依頼すべきですが
通常2，3週間以内に解除しなければアマゾンのシステムで永久にサスペンドとなってしまいます

When you talk with a person of HMRC or send email to him/her, would you please ask to release the setting to suspend?
Only that who applied to suspend can release it by asking Amazon to release.

Actually you should ask HMRC after finalizing the audit, but normally it would be suspended forever at Amazon's system without releasing in a few weeks.
