その仕事の役割の理解や基本の英語表現を学んだ後に、ロールプレイングの中で、自らその場面や状況を想定、判断、考えながら柔軟に対応する力を養う。また、仕事のテーマによっては、最終的なプロジェクト達成を意識した内容(Zoo Keeperにおける野毛山動物園遠足、CM makerにおける映像制作、Construction Workerにおける看板作成等)とし、レベルに応じて、チーム活動も積極的に導入。

Also in some job themes, it will be the ones that’s aimed at the final project achievement (field trip to Nogeyama Zoo by Zoo Keeper, film making by maker, Sing board making by Construction Worker and so on) and introduce team activities positively depending on the levels.
