私どもはその価格に大変満足しているのですが、燃焼テストの結果、いくつか問題がある事が分かりました。

１、煙の量が多い
２、煙の匂いが強い

これらを改善する方法はないでしょうか？
例えば、無臭のホワイトパウダーの量を増やす、匂いの少ないウッドパウダーに変える、または消臭パウダーを混ぜる、等。

日本では密集した住宅事情の関係で、煙の多いお香はあまり好まれません。
そして、穏やかな香りを好む人が多いので、このままではマーケットで受け入れられないかも知れません。

生産者にこれらを確認して下さい。

Although we were very satisfied with the price, after a burning test, there were a few problems.

1, There was a large amount of smoke

In Japan, due to the dense housing, incense with lots of smokes aren't favored.
And since there are many who likes calming fragrance, the market might not accept products like this.

Please confirm these problems with the manufacturers.
