私どもはその価格に大変満足しているのですが、燃焼テストの結果、いくつか問題がある事が分かりました。

１、煙の量が多い
２、煙の匂いが強い

これらを改善する方法はないでしょうか？
例えば、無臭のホワイトパウダーの量を増やす、匂いの少ないウッドパウダーに変える、または消臭パウダーを混ぜる、等。

日本では密集した住宅事情の関係で、煙の多いお香はあまり好まれません。
そして、穏やかな香りを好む人が多いので、このままではマーケットで受け入れられないかも知れません。

生産者にこれらを確認して下さい。

We are satisfied with that price but realized that there are a few problems as the results of the combustion test.

1. Too many smokes
2. Too strong smoke odor

Are there solutions for the above.
For example, increase the odorless white powder, switch to wood powder with less odor, or add deodorize powder, etc.

The houses are concentrated in Japan and therefore the incense with too many smokes is not preferred.
Also, many prefer mild odor so it will not be accepted by the Japanese market as it is.

Please confirm these points with the manufacturer.
