御社からの購入しているキット商品で問題が発生しています。
ここ最近、納品キットの中に入っている布地の汚れが目立ちます。全体の約20%程度の不良が出ており、当社で布地を交換して販売しています。不良の割合が段々と多くなっていますので、一度工場に確認してください。画像をメールに添付します。
キットの中に入っている解説書の不良も発生しています。印刷のズレや汚れで判別できないものがあります。下記の商品の解説書を次回の注文時に同封してください。

I just would like to let you know that there is a problem in the kit item which we purchase from you.
Recently we frequently see the dirt on the cloth included in the kit delivered to us. About 20% of the items are turned out to be defective, so we replace such cloth with a good one and we sell it. Since we are seeing more defective items now, can you please confirm with the factory once? I am attaching the picture image with this e-mail.
We realize that there are some defective document in the kit. Some times we cannot read the document due to misalignment or dirt in printing the document. Please enclose the document of the item below when you ship the next order from us.
