商品のほうとどきました。ありがとうございました！

しかしながら、今回も１２個程度箱が潰れたものがあり販売ができません。
これまで箱が潰れた商品が２０個ありまして、事務所に山積みになっています。

出荷のたびにお願いしている空箱の化粧箱ですが今回も入っていませんでした。
事務所にスタッフみんなガッカリしております。
すみませんが、空箱を３２箱お送りいただけませんでしょうか？


次の注文は１０００個注文したいですが、どうもお客様から電池の消耗が激しいと

I received the merchandise, thank you!

However, 12 pieces of the merchandise came with a squashed box and they cannot be sold this time, too.
So far there has been 20 of them which box was damaged and they are piled up in my office.

I did not find the empty cosmetic box that I have been requesting you to ship every time I place an order.
All of our staff in the office are disappointed.
We are sorry, but would you send me 32 empty boxes?

I would like to order 1000 pcs next time. According to our customer review, the battery appears to die very quickly. I will go for 500 pcs.
