商品のほうとどきました。ありがとうございました！

しかしながら、今回も１２個程度箱が潰れたものがあり販売ができません。
これまで箱が潰れた商品が２０個ありまして、事務所に山積みになっています。

出荷のたびにお願いしている空箱の化粧箱ですが今回も入っていませんでした。
事務所にスタッフみんなガッカリしております。
すみませんが、空箱を３２箱お送りいただけませんでしょうか？


次の注文は１０００個注文したいですが、どうもお客様から電池の消耗が激しいと

However, about 12 pieces of boxes are damaged therefore they can not be sold as before.
There are 20 items with damaged boxes so far, and they are piling up in the office.

We have asked you to enclose the new empty box every time you shipped, but they were not included this time as well.
All the office staff are disappointed.
Excuse me, but would you please send us 32 new empty boxes?


We were planning to order 1000 pieces for the next order, but we have decided to order 500 pieces, considering that customers posted reviews saying batteries get depleted quickly.
