商品のほうとどきました。ありがとうございました！

しかしながら、今回も１２個程度箱が潰れたものがあり販売ができません。
これまで箱が潰れた商品が２０個ありまして、事務所に山積みになっています。

出荷のたびにお願いしている空箱の化粧箱ですが今回も入っていませんでした。
事務所にスタッフみんなガッカリしております。
すみませんが、空箱を３２箱お送りいただけませんでしょうか？


次の注文は１０００個注文したいですが、どうもお客様から電池の消耗が激しいと

At each shipping we are asking for the empty gift boxes which were not included this time neither.
We, the staff members in the office are really disappointed.
Could you please ship 32 empty gift boxes?

We would like to order 1,000 pieces next time, however there are reviews from clients that batteries are going down quickly. So we will order 500 pieces.
