蔵元の「日の丸醸造」は、1689年創業の老舗。日本有数の柔らかな軟水を用い、また、徹底した温度管理と低温貯蔵により仕上げているため、まろやかでフレッシュな味わいを楽しめる日本でも有名な銘酒です。

この度、富士レストランと日の丸醸造とが力を合わせ、この銘酒のベトナム初輸入に成功し、富士レストランで先行販売を開始します。

この銘酒をお客様にご堪能いただけるよう、写真のような料理にも力を入れております。

Japanese sake "Mansaku no Hana" to be in stock soon

~Mansaku no Hana~
"Hinomaru Jozo" is a long-standing brewery established in 1689. It is one of the few breweries to use soft water in its products which go through a comprehensive temperature management and low-temperature storage process. Its wine is well-known in Japan for its mellow and fresh taste.

Fuji Restaurant has entered into a collaboration with Fuji Restaurant to bring in this wine into Vietnam for the first time and will be selling it ahead of anyone else.

In order for customers to enjoy this wine to the fullest, the restaurant has also prepared suitable dishes which are featured in the photos below.
