お客様へ直接送ってもらうように依頼したネオンサイン(coronaextra)が
破損しているとお客様より連絡があった
当社の従業員の聞き方が悪く新たな注文と勘違いし昨日同じcoronaextraを注文しています
申しわけないですが昨日の注文は取り消しします
壊れた商品が私の手元に届いたら破損箇所を確認しますので、
その部分のパーツを送ってください。
また何度も破損事故が発生しているが、対策を考えてほしい。
運送保険は掛けていないのですか?
