A child chain creator can sponsor their chain, by covering fees for the users, even for a token that otherwise does not have a market value. Since all child chains are run by the same code, they all can support the same features (transaction types), and at the production launch of Ardor those will be all the features of the current Nxt platform (with a few new features and improvements added).
