一点確認したいのですが、Aのご注文書はいただいているのですが、Bのご注文書はいただいていないかと思います。もしBも必要でありましたら、ご注文書を早急にいただけないでしょうか。納期短縮については、現在工場側と調整をしておりますが、ご希望の日程はかなり厳しい状況です。ただ、少しでも縮められるよう努力はしておりますので、納期短縮の結果を来週月曜日を目処に回答を致します。
また、Invitation Letterについてですが、内容について必要な情報を教えていただけないでしょうか？

I would like to check one thing. I have A's order, but I do not have B's. If you need B too, could you please give me order for B. We are at the moment talking about the due date to be shorten, the date is quite difficult for us. However, we will try out best to reduce the date, and so we will let you know the result of delivery date on next Monday.
Also, as for invitation letter, could you please tell us the necessary information?
