インボイスご希望とのことですが、このお取引は既にお支払いただいているので、
ebayシステム上、通常のやり方でのインボイスを送ることができません。
なので、添付画像で送りますがこれで大丈夫でしょうか？

あなたの商品を追跡サイトで確認しましたが、
7月3日に"ロシアの国際交換局から発送"以降更新されていません。
商品はまだ届いていないのでしょうか？
