本日、アメックスカードの30%OFFが適用されていないことに気がつきました。
カスタマサービスにチャットで質問をしたところ、
「有効期限切れのため、再度適用ができるように上司に確認をします」
と言われました。

私は2011年から6年間御社を利用させていただいておりますが、
今後も一緒にビジネスをしたいと思っていますので、
引き続き30%OFFの適用をお願いいたします。

もし出来ない場合は、料金が高くなるので他社への乗換を検討する必要があります。
何卒ご検討のほど宜しくお願い致します。

Today, I noticed that the 30 % discount on my American Express Card was not applied.
When I asked their customer service in their chat room they said, ''Your card is expired so I will talk to my superior so you can apply that again.''

I have been using your service for 6 years since 2011 and would like to continue business with you going forward so please apply the 30 % discount as before.

If you can't, I may need to consider switching to other company as the service fee will get expensive.
