私が電話を差し上げる前にもう1通メールをお送りする事をお許しください。
注文時にどういう状況になっているかを添付致しました。
〇で囲んだ箇所が入力出来ない枠です。
そもそもこんなページは今まで見た事がありません。
前回も申し上げましたが、クッキー、キャッシュを削除、違うブラウザも試しました。

First of all, I have never seen such page before.
As I mentioned before, I removed the cookie and the cache, and I tried a different browser, too.
