・不動産の頭金の支払いで、小切手を使用します。
私の小切手帳を作成して、10/22の打ち合わせの際に
持ってきていただけますか？

・融資条件ですが、金利５．５％は少し高く感じます。
金利を5％以下にしたいのですが、可能でしょうか？

Thank you for your opening my account promptly on October 15th.
I have some questions as follows, please advise me:
- I will use a check to pay the initial deposit for the real estate. Can you please make out a check for me and bring it to me when we have a meeting on October 22nd?
- As for the loan condition, I feel that the interest rate of 5.5% is somewhat high. I would like the rate to be 5%, is it possible? Please also tell me the necessary terms and conditions in this case.
