先日商品が届きまして音出しの確認をしました。
右chより”ザー”と大きいノイズが常時出ております。
ヘッドフォンでも同様の音が出てます。
ボリュームの音量に関係なくザーと音が出てます。
またEXPANDERーのツマミを回すと音が小さくなってしまいます。
通常は音に強弱を付けるものなので大きくなります。
動作問題なしとのことで購入しました。
当然納得はできません。
また修理をしなければなりません。
一部ご返金をいただけますか？
全額とは言いません。

I can hear the noise through a headphone, too.
No matter what the sound volume is, the noise is always heard.
When I turn the knob of the EXPANDER, the sound becomes small.
It is usually used to enhance the sound, so the sound should be emphasized and loud.
I purchased this because you told that it works perfectly.
Not to mention, I am not satisfied with this at all.
I hate to repair this again.
