先日商品が届きまして音出しの確認をしました。
右chより”ザー”と大きいノイズが常時出ております。
ヘッドフォンでも同様の音が出てます。
ボリュームの音量に関係なくザーと音が出てます。
またEXPANDERーのツマミを回すと音が小さくなってしまいます。
通常は音に強弱を付けるものなので大きくなります。
動作問題なしとのことで購入しました。
当然納得はできません。
また修理をしなければなりません。
一部ご返金をいただけますか？
全額とは言いません。

I received the item a few days ago, and checked how the sound is made.
At right ch, a large noise "za" is always made.
I can hear the same sound at headphone.
Z is always made regardless of volume of the sound.
When knob of expander is turned, the sound becomes smaller.
Usually it decides largeness and smallness of the volume, it becomes large.
I purchased it since it had not problem about how it works.
I have to repair it again.
Would you refund me part of it? I do not require the whole refund.
The refund at 100 dollars is enough.
