There is an inquiry from the customer regarding the oil. Please inform me of the following:
1. The oil has a color that looks thicker, higher viscosity and the bubbles just won't disappear. What is the reason for this?
2. It has a strong smell of nuts and smells like it has been oxidized. Is it old oil?
3. We want to know the production date.
4. What is the factory that produce it like and are you conducting cosmetics inspection?
