まず、バルサム切れという事ですが
今確認したらフロントレンズの外側にカビのようなバルサムのような感じがあります。
強い逆行だと影響がありそうですが
通常に撮影するには問題ありませんでした。

At first, regarding running out of balsam, I have just confirmed that there is something like mold or balsam outside of the front lens.
If you shoot a photo under strong backlit condition, it would affect the picture quality, but it has no problem as long as I take photos under regular conditions.
