• 外箱は恒湿性に優れ防虫・防腐効果がある桐を使用、カンナ台には頑丈な白樫。
• 引き出しを省略したことによ本格派ながらも低価格&コンパクトを実現
• 鰹節は削りたてが最高の風味です。ひと手間かけて極上の風味を。
・本枯鰹節は2本あり、一本は鰹の背側から作られたもの(背節)、もう一本は鰹の腹側から作られたもの(腹節)です。
腹側は、背節に比べやや脂肪が多いのでこくがあり、背側は腹節に比べ脂肪が少ないのであっさり味です。
