店舗で使用する楽天の管理システム画面では
「請求取消のデータ送信について」は確認が取れるのですが
「キャンセルが完了したかどうか」の確認が　あいにくできません。

また、キャンセルについて
店舗側からカード会社に問い合わせした場合も
「ご契約者様以外には情報を開示できない（※）」と
断られます。（※個人情報保護の為）


ですので、
請求取消データが届く時期を見計らって
お客様からカード会社へお電話して頂けますでしょうか。

On the Rakuten system management page which we use in the shop, we can check "The sending out of cancellation request for billing", but unfortunately we cannot confirm "if the cancellation was completed or not."

Also, in case that shops send inquiry to the credit card company, they reply that they cannot disclose the information （※）other than contracted customers. （※ in order to protect individual information）

So, Can you please make a phone call to the credit card company from your side when they suppose to receive the cancellation request data?
