楽天へ問い合わせたところ
4/26送信の請求取消データが
カード会社に届くまで約2～3週間程度
かかるそうです。

請求取消のデータがカード会社に届いた後に
カード会社へ直接電話でお問い合わせ頂くと
キャンセルの確認が取れるとのこと。

現在日本ではと連休が続きます。

楽天担当者曰く
「連休中カード会社も休業する為
　通常より更に日数がかかる可能性有」とのこと。

推測するに早くて５月の下旬、
遅いと６月になるかもしれません。

I would imagine that it would be the end of May, or beginning of June for the credit company to receive the cancellation request.
