ヨナは海の中で、一度死んだのです。神の背きのゆえに滅ぼされたのです。
心臓が動いているかどうか、生理学的に心臓はどうだったか、脳はどうだったか、そういうことは関係ありません。神様の前に生ける者であったか、死ねる者であったか、それこそが大事です。

主は、ヨナを救い出しました。ヨナが立派な人だから叫びを聞かれたのではなく、むしろ、
反抗的だったにもかかわらず、神は救ってくださいました。神は私たちが正しい生き方をしてるとか、
そうでないとかにかかわらず、苦しみ叫ぶ声に答えてくださるお方です

Jonah died once in the sea. He was killed because the God betrayed him.
It does not matter whether the heart is beating or what state the heart or the brain physiologically was. The important thing is whether he is the person who lives for the God or not.
　
Dominus helped out Jonah. Not because he listened to Jonah's crying. But still the God helped Jonah in spite that Jonah had been disobedient. The God is the person who responses against our crying of oppression no matter whether we live right or not.
