新しい商品をお送りすればよいのですが、在庫がなく、かつ仕入れに相当時間を要するため、全額返金させていただきます。

大変お待たせして申し訳ないのですが、他の店舗から購入していただければ幸いです。

なお、1~2カ月後ぐらいにお客様に商品を受け取ったかどうかの調査がありますので、その際は配達されていないことを申し出てくださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。
