USPSの対応が悪く、大変申し訳ありません。

新しい商品をお送りすればよいのですが、在庫がなく、かつ仕入れに相当時間を要するため、全額返金させていただきます。

大変お待たせして申し訳ないのですが、他の店舗から購入していただければ幸いです。

なお、1～2カ月後ぐらいにお客様に商品を受け取ったかどうかの調査がありますので、その際は配達されていないことを申し出てくださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。

It would have been good if we could send you a new product, but there's no stock at this moment, and it takes time to purchase another one. We'd like to make full refund to you.

We are terribly sorry but it would be great if you could buy the product from other retailer.

You will have an investigation in one or two months if you have receive the product. Please, tell them that the product did not arrive.
