日本向けモデルのPV1-PV3でWifiモジュールのカントリーコードが
設定されていないようです。
カントリーコードが設定されていない状態だと、チャンネル１２～１４が使用できませんでしたが、
カントリーコードをJPに設定するとチャンネル12以降が使用できるようになりました。
日本向けモデルは１～14チャンネルを使用できるようにするために、我々は、PV1～PV3の
WifiモジュールのカントリーコードをJPに設定しなおす必要があります。
この問題について明日の電話会議で話をさせてください。
It seems that the country code of Wifi module is not set up for Japanese model PV1 - PV3.
If the country code is not set, then channel 12 - 14 were not available. But, after setting the country code as JP, then the channels after 12 became available.
