日本向けモデルのPV1-PV3でWifiモジュールのカントリーコードが
設定されていないようです。
カントリーコードが設定されていない状態だと、チャンネル１２～１４が使用できませんでしたが、
カントリーコードをJPに設定するとチャンネル12以降が使用できるようになりました。
日本向けモデルは１～14チャンネルを使用できるようにするために、我々は、PV1～PV3の
WifiモジュールのカントリーコードをJPに設定しなおす必要があります。
