発送代行会社を通して日本郵便に再度確認したところ、
一度も配達された形跡が無く返送手続きがあった可能性があるとの返答が返ってきました。
今ちょうど国際郵便局にあるため、明日くらいには返送される可能性が高いとのことです。
再送の手続きと、現地イタリアでの配送状況に関する調査請求を早急に出すよう依頼いたしました。

As I have just asked about Japan Post Office about the status of the delivery, by way of our acting delivery company, I have received their response, telling that there is no evidence that it had been delivered even once, and the item could have been possibly returned back.
Currently, the item is held in the international post office by chance, it would be returned back sometime around tomorrow, according to them.
So, I have asked them to send it again, and submitted the inquiry about the delivery status and request of immediate report in local destination, Italy,
