発送代行会社を通して日本郵便に再度確認したところ、
一度も配達された形跡が無く返送手続きがあった可能性があるとの返答が返ってきました。
今ちょうど国際郵便局にあるため、明日くらいには返送される可能性が高いとのことです。
再送の手続きと、現地イタリアでの配送状況に関する調査請求を早急に出すよう依頼いたしました。

I asked the Japan post office via the shipping company, and I was told that it was never delivered and there is possibility that it was returned.
They said it is in the international post office right now so it might be returned tomorrow.
