発送状況をチェックしている中で、Retention扱いになっているお客さま全員にメールを送ります。
理由は、Retention期間が過ぎると商品が日本に返送されるからです。
この状況はお客様にも当店にとっても最悪な状況です。

Catherine Dysonにメールを送ったのも上記理由からです。
