ただし、製品化に着手する旨が決定した場合、当該コンテンツの知的財産権のうち、発明、考案、意匠及び商標の各々特許、実用新案登録、意匠登録を受ける権利及び商標登録出願を行なう権利を、会員は当社に譲渡するものとします。

サイト上にデザインを公開してしまうと、第三者に先に意匠権を盗まれてしまうリスクはないですか？
