この商品はamazon.UKに委託しており、イギリスのアマゾン倉庫からドイツに向けて発送されたものです。
その際にどういった書類が同梱されるのかはショップ側では分かりません。
もし、PDFやtxtなどで簡単に発行できるものならURLか手順を教えてください。

もしできない場合は、ショップはお客様に何と説明すれば良いのでしょうか？

The product is entrusted to Amazon UK, and was shipped from Amazon's warehouse in the UK to Germany.
That is why we, from the shop, cannot know what kind of document was included in the package.
If it's something that can be easily issued in PDF or txt format, please tell me the procedure, or send me a link.

If that's not possible, what should we tell the client?
