このお客様からお届け時にインボイスが入っていなかったと連絡がありました。
この商品はamazon.UKに委託しており、イギリスのアマゾン倉庫からドイツに向けて発送されたものです。
その際にどういった書類が同梱されるのかはショップ側では分かりません。
もし、PDFやtxtなどで簡単に発行できるものならURLか手順を教えてください。

もしできない場合は、ショップはお客様に何と説明すれば良いのでしょうか？

I received the contact from this customer, there was no invoice when the item was delivered.
We consign this item to Amazon.UK and it was delivered from Amazon's warehouse in UK to Germany.
We, as a shop, couldn't confirm if what kind of document will be bundled at the time of delivering.
If it's easy to issue it as PDF or txt etc, please let us know the URL of how to or the procedure.
If it's impossible, what should we, namely a shop, explain to the customers?
