私は2週間前に下記のメッセージをチームから受け取った
しかし私はまだ回答を貰っていない
これはASIN○○に関してのメッセージですか?
私は9月初めにこの商品が偽物であると疑われその後問屋の領収書などを提出したのにまだ販売出来ずにいる
これは顧客の勘違いによる申し出だと思います
勘違いで私のアカウントに悪い影響が出るのは理解が出来ないし今後アマゾンで販売していく上でこれは大きな懸念となっている
100%本物なのに何故この商品を販売出来ないのか詳しく教えて欲しい

But they haven't responded to my question yet.
Is the message about ASIN〇〇?
In early September, the products were suspected to be counterfeit. So I presented the receipt from the wholesale store. But I'm still not allowed to sell those products.
This accusation must have been caused by misunderstanding of a customer.
It doesn't make any sense to me to have negative effects on my account because of someone's misunderstanding. This is a big concern for me from now on in selling products at Amazon.
Please let me know the reason why I can't sell the products which are 100% genuine.
