私は2週間前に下記のメッセージをチームから受け取った
しかし私はまだ回答を貰っていない
これはASIN○○に関してのメッセージですか？
私は9月初めにこの商品が偽物であると疑われその後問屋の領収書などを提出したのにまだ販売出来ずにいる
これは顧客の勘違いによる申し出だと思います
勘違いで私のアカウントに悪い影響が出るのは理解が出来ないし今後アマゾンで販売していく上でこれは大きな懸念となっている
100%本物なのに何故この商品を販売出来ないのか詳しく教えて欲しい

In early September, I was questioned over an alleged fake product, and even though I provided a receipt from the wholesale store, I still cannot sell anything.
I believe this is a claim based on a misunderstanding from a client.
I cannot accept my account to be negatively impacted over a misunderstanding, and this is a huge concern for my future sales on Amazon.
I want to know with details why I cannot sell this item despite this being a 100% legitimate product.
