当社で在庫していたER01を1週間程前に販売しましたが、
届けて直ぐにお客様から初期不良のクレームが届きました。
不具合の状況を説明します。
スライダーを低速で作動させた時にスムーズに動かず、カクカクとした感じになります。
(コントローラーの3つ目の目盛のあたりまで)
ただし一方向のみです。スムーズに動かない方向は何かの拍子に入れ変わります。
お客様から動画も送ってもらいました。
添付したので確認お願いします。

対応策を教えて下さい。
We sold ER01 about a week ago, which we had in our storage. However, we had a claimed that it broken soon after the costumer who had purchased it. The condition of ER01 is when you drive the slider in slow speed, it doesn't move smoothly, but it goes choppy. (It reaches until the third on the scale.) The side which doesn't move smooth switched into its direction by some effect. We had a movie clip sent over to us from the customer and we had attached it on this Email. Is it possible for you to see the part where causing a problem? Is it possible to exchange it to a new part for the customer? Please let me know how.

We sold ER01, which we had in our storage, about a week ago. However, we had received claims that it broke soon after the customer purchased it. The faulty condition of ER01 is that when you push the slider slowly, it doesn't move smoothly, but instead moves choppy (until the third setting on the scale). The side which doesn't move smoothly switches into this direction for some reason. We had a movie clip sent over to us from the customer and we have attached it to this Email. Is it possible for you to figure out the part that is causing the problem? Is it possible to replace it with a new part for the customer? Please let me know how you will address this issue.
Here are a few places that I think you could work on to improve your translation.
"drive the slider in slow speed" → "push the slider slowly"
I understand what you mean, but typically you push, slide or move a slider. :)"we had attached it on" → "we have attached it to"
The present perfect tense works better in this case. Using the past perfect tense has the implication that you attached it, but then something else happened. For example, "we had attached it to this email, but it wasn't sent for some reason."
Also, the proper prepositional phrase that should follow the word "attach" is "to".
Other than a few grammatical and spelling errors, you stayed true to the meaning of the original text. I had very few problems understanding the meaning of your translation. Good job.
