お問い合わせの件で返信します。レンズの表面にクラックがあったとのことで誠に申し訳ありませんでした。こちらで検品の際に気づくことができなかったようです。もし写りに影響のないわずかな物でしたら、商品代金の一部返金という形で対応させていただきますがいかがでしょうか?返金額は30USDではいかがでしょう?ご返信よろしくお願いします。

replyのタイプミスがありましたが、reply your inquiryは文法的に正しくないです。
"I reply your inquiry" is not proper English. It would be better to say: "I am replying to your inquiry."
Additionally, you should write, "how does that sound to you?" instead of "how does it sound to you?" and "How about 30 USD for the refund?" instead of "How about 30 USD for refund?".
