We summarized IC report output situation from January 2015 up to the present into enclosure 1 regarding the circumstances and the damage details. We would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm enclosure 1.

We will examine the implementation of the following operations and surveys as a result of the discussion with Developer B and as a measure from hereon in order to move toward a resolution.
